Privacy policy

Your privacy is important to us, and this Privacy Statement describes how THREE60 Energy Norway AS collects and uses personal data. The privacy policy is based on the laws of the Norway, where THREE60 Energy Norway AS is located.

Collection of information

  • Information from registration of CV profile and update(s) of the profile via "my page", as well as IP address.
  • If you apply for a position or register your profile through the "Search with LinkedIn" feature or the "Search with jobreg" function, the system will collect available information from your profile in the service you are authenticating with, and this information will then be stored on your profile.
  • We collect data in aggregated form for site visitors, such as traffic data, location data, etc.
  • In some cases, we will save your email correspondence when you contact us.
  • The system sets cookies in the browser, as described in the document for the use of cookies.

How the information is used
The information collected is used where necessary to:
  • Provide our services to you and to communicate around those services with you.
  • Make an assessment of your qualifications and facilitation in connection with current and future recruitment assignments or staffing assignments.
  • Inform about the relevant opportunities and benefits we offer.
  • Comply with legal obligations.
  • Obtaining an IP address is done for security reasons, so that you as a candidate can get an overview of which IP addresses have logged into your account.

Data Controller and Data Processor
THREE60 Energy Norway AS is the data controller and is the owner of data entered into the system. As a data processor, Recruitment Manager AS is responsible for the system solution, and develops, operates and maintains the system where your data is located. Recruitment Manager AS uses subcontractors to perform data processing tasks.
There is a separate data processing agreement between THREE60 Energy Norway AS and Recruitment Manager AS that regulates what information the data processor has access to and how the information should be processed.
Third parties
As I said, THREE60 Energy Norway AS will be able to process your personal data. Information about you may also be presented to customers and other partners by THREE60 Energy Norway AS, and where the data controller or data processor is obliged to do so as a result of statutory requirements.
In order to use your data efficiently, and to provide you with the best services, it is sometimes necessary to send information to third parties. These third parties have separate and independent privacy policies. THREE60 Energy Norway AS is not responsible for the content and activities of the associated services. Nevertheless, we want to protect the integrity of the services we provide, and welcome feedback in these areas.
Access, change or erasure of your personal data
As registered in the system, you have the right to demand access, rectification and deletion as described in Section 18 of the Personal Data Act and Sections 27 and 28 of the Personal Data Act. The claim must be answered free of charge and no later than within 30 days.
If you wish to withdraw your acceptance, this is done by deleting your own profile.
As a candidate, you can delete your own profile from within "Your profile" in the system at any time, or you can contact THREE60 Energy Norway AS for assistance with it. From your profile you can also change the information you have entered on your profile in the system.
